If you’re serious about trauma healing and nervous system regulation, nothing — NOTHING — will have as much of an impact on your journey as having an awareness of sources of lifestyle inflammation and then taking actionable steps to reduce it.
I touch briefly on Lifestyle Inflammation (my term for all the things in life that don’t support and align with the expansive, regulated lives we desire) in my Nervous System 101 workshop.

In LIFESTYLE INFLAMMATION, we will cover…
- how to take an honest inventory of your life and what’s *truly* not supportive of your healing goals
- common sources of lifestyle inflammation that are present in pretty much everyone’s lives
- why reducing lifestyle inflammation definitely requires personal responsibility, agency, and boundaries (attend RESILIENT for that foundation!)
- why reducing lifestyle inflammation brings up fear and self-doubt and how to use what I’ve taught in the Feel Without Fear Series to take those radical steps anyway
- why you don’t want to “keep up with the Joneses” because the Joneses have a shit load of lifestyle inflammation
- turning toward yourself, your body, your intuition, and your Truth when deciding what is allowed to stay in your life and what has to go — and not allowing others’ opinions to dictate your choices (see why you need to be able to FEEL WITHOUT FEAR?!)
