What if I’ve already purchased Nervous System 101 and/or Nervous System CPR? Should I get the bundle?

If you’ve purchased both Nervous System 101 and Nervous System CPR already, then your best option is to buy Nervous System Hygiene separately. If you’ve already purchased either Nervous System 101 or Nervous System CPR individually, you will still save money by purchasing the Nervous System Bundle. You’ll retain access to the program you already have while gaining access to Nervous System Hygiene and the other you haven’t yet purchased.

Is the Q&A included with Nervous System 101 in this bundle?

To protect the privacy of my students who show up for the live teaching of NSYS101, I do not include the Q&A in the standalone recording that is part of the bundle. The 2+ hours of teaching and my teaching notes are included in this bundle.

Tell me more about the Nervous System Hygiene group calls…

These group calls are my current favorite part of my work because I loooooooove group work. So many people (including myself once) assume that group work isn’t “worth it” because it’s “not as good as” 1:1 work. This is utterly FALSE.

Group coaching is powerful, and the transformations my students have made without any 1:1 coaching are a testament to how powerful group coaching can be.

Nervous System Hygiene calls are held intermittently and are 90 minutes long. They are recorded if you can’t attend live, so you can watch them later. Additionally, you get access to the entire archive of past group calls when you join this program by buying the Nervous System Bundle.

And… any time calls are offered going forward, you are welcome to attend and participate! There’s no limit to the number of group coaching calls you can join. Weekly group calls are starting back up in May!
