I’m SO pumped to share my FAVORITE brain-healing and nervous system-healing tool with you: the Nemechek Protocol!

Now, I know I talk a lot about not needing supplements and protocols and all that for healing. I want you OFF the hamster wheel of wellness!

However, there’s no denying that trauma — of ALL sorts — causes brain inflammation. Over time, brain inflammation leads to inflammation in the body, including gut dysbiosis and autonomic nervous system dysfunction.

I learned about the Nemechek Protocol in March of 2020, right as the Pandemic was starting. The lightbulbs came on as I studied the research behind the protocol. In fact, this was the information that kickstarted my entire life purpose of trauma-healing!
