One Thread at a Time
A Self-Paced Somatic Mini-Course for Shifting Relational Patterns
You’re starting this work while you’re already in relationships — which means you’re not starting from scratch, and you’re not doing it wrong.
We don’t wait for the “right people” to show up before we begin healing relational patterns.
We don’t abandon every connection where we’ve felt inauthentic, co-dependent, controlling, or lost.
We re-weave the threads of our existing relationships… one thread at a time.
You don’t need to fix everything — just focus on the one thread you can feel right now.
You don’t need to rewrite your entire story — just begin rewriting the part that’s active in this moment.
You don’t need to change everything at once — just shift one small piece.
(Spoiler: it’s more sustainable this way anyway.)
Feel one thing.
Say one honest thing.
Choose one new thing.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
That’s the thread.
And pulling it — gently, curiously, honestly — is already reweaving your relational life into something stronger, more flexible, and more spacious for what I call Co-Authenticity™.
What is Co-Authenticity™?
Co-Authenticity is the shared space where your truth and mine are allowed to exist at the same time. It’s not about harmony through sameness — it’s about resonance through honesty. It’s not about collapsing your truth to keep connection — and it’s not about demanding the other person match you at all times.
Co-Authenticity is the relational space where both people are invited to be real, even when that realness is messy, different, awkward, or still forming.
This course supports Co-Authenticity by helping you:
- Return to your body when the pattern starts to pull you away
- Speak what’s real without over-explaining or softening it to be digestible
- Try one new relational move — from your truth, not your fear
Because when one person in a relationship starts speaking from their body instead of their wounds, it opens space for the other to do the same. Whenever you choose sensation over story and real presence over performance, you shift how you move through the Relational Web you share with each person in your life. One thread at a time.
You are not meant to do this alone.
The very first video in this course is an invitation — not a requirement — to bring someone with you.
This doesn’t need to be a grand commitment or a forever-person. It can be a friend, a partner, a sibling, or someone who’s walking their own healing path and wants to practice together.
This course becomes even more powerful when you move through it alongside someone else.
Share what you’re noticing. Reflect on what you’re learning. Explore what gets activated in each other — not to fix or analyze, but to witness. Stay in curiosity instead of critique.
Even this mini-course can be the beginning of weaving a relationship that feels safer and more authentic for both of you — not because it’s free of conflict, but because the conflict doesn’t have to scare the hell out of you anymore. You don’t have to armor up or disappear. You get to stay present, real, and in connection.
That’s what Co-Authenticity™ is about: Two truths. One web. Shared presence.
Whether you walk this path solo or side by side with someone else — you’re choosing something real.
This is for you if…
- You often override your truth in favor of connection and then feel resentful, anxious, or invisible afterward
- You want to be able to say what’s real, but your body freezes or fawns before you get the chance
- You know your pattern but still feel stuck in it
- You long for a more honest, embodied, flexible way of being in relationship — without performing perfection
You’re ready to disrupt your default — not by being “better,” but by being more you

The Lessons
These four lessons are your first steps into a new relationship with the relational web — one rooted in body awareness, honest expression, and choice. You don’t need to fix the whole web. Just follow the thread.
Video 1: Don’t Do This Alone
This first video invites you to bring someone with you — a friend, partner, or loved one — and begin practicing shared awareness and mutual reflection. This is the beginning of Co-Authenticity™: two people learning to show up, witness, and weave new patterns together.
Lesson 1: Feel One Thing
Recognize the physical cues that signal your relational pattern is activating. Begin to speak the body’s language of sensation — not to solve it, but to stay with it.
Lesson 2: Say One Thing
Learn to speak from your body’s truth, not from the voice in your head that says you’re too much, that you’ll say it wrong, or that the other person won’t be able to handle it. Speaking somatic truth is not about performance or doing it perfectly regulated — it’s about presence with however you feel and the truth that needs to come out of you, especially when you’d typically withhold it.
Lesson 3: Choose One New Thing
Here, you’ll explore how to micro-interrupt the loop. This doesn’t require perfection — just a different thread, chosen once. A pause instead of a defense. A “no” instead of appeasement. A breath instead of collapse.
This work is sacred — and it’s simple.
Not easy. But simple. We begin with sensation. We speak from that place. We try something new. We stay with ourselves.
No spiral of shame. No reactivity loop. No more abandoning your truth just to keep the peace.
One-Time Payment: $88
One clear yes. One investment. One thread. Feel one thing. Say one truth. Make one small shift. You’ll receive immediate access to the first video and the integration journal, followed by a new lesson every three days. The pacing is intentional — not to delay you, but to give your body time to digest and embody what’s shifting. You can re-visit the mini course any time, as you will have lifetime access.
The web of your relationships doesn’t need to be rebuilt overnight.
You don’t have to fix what’s behind you.
You just get to begin — with one sensation, one truth, one new choice — and let that be enough to shift the next moment.
And the next.
And maybe even the space between you and someone else.
