Your body activates. Your thoughts speed up or go blank. Your old patterns come online.
Before you know it, you are over-explaining, shutting down, grasping for control, and abandoning yourself because you don’t know how to stay with yourself in integrity and authenticity.
I have encountered that moment enough times to know that your emotions aren’t the problem and your nervous system isn’t broken.
That moment requires more discernment than simply, “Listen to your body.”
Why Feel Without Fear Exists
A lot of somatic healing work teaches people how to listen to their bodies. That’s important, but it’s incomplete.
You DO need to listen to your body. But, you cannot trust every feeling or interpretation your nervous system makes.
Sometimes, your body is responding accurately to the present. And sometimes, it’s firing up an old survival pattern you don’t actually need or want in that moment. Knowing the difference matters.
Because if your nervous system is reacting to the present through the filter of an older wound, and you do not know how to pause and discern what is actually true now, then behavior does not shift. Patterns do not change. Relationships do not get clearer. Self-trust does not deepen.
A lot of people stay stuck here because they keep trying to do this work alone.
They consume more content. Buy another self-paced course they never get to. Read another book. Learn more language. Understand themselves more deeply. And still, when discomfort rises in real time, they leave themselves.
If self-paced healing was enough, it probably would have worked by now.

The Feel Without Fear Journey
Feel Without Fear unfolds as a progression. We begin with the nervous system, but we do not stop at information. We move into the lived, embodied work of seeing your patterns more clearly, changing your relationship to activation, increasing your capacity, and strengthening the self-trust required to live and relate differently.
Live attendance matters because you are not just learning concepts. You are staying present in a room where truth, vulnerability, emotion, and relationship are alive in real time.
Each workshop builds on the one before it.
Workshop 1: Mobilization, Orientation, & Inhibition (New as of 2026! Never been taught live!)
– Foundational teaching on how your nervous system shapes safety, stress, and resilience. This gives you the language and physiological understanding you’ll need for the rest of Feel Without Fear.
Workshop 2: Thawing the Freeze Response
– We de-shame freeze and work with practices that help you meet yourself when your body does not know whether to go or stop.
Workshop 3: Wake Up
– Unconscious fear patterns become clear and you begin to curiously see how fear has been shaping your choices, reactions, relationships, and identity.
Workshop 4: Un-Triggered
– You learn how to stay with activation without being overcome by it and how to use triggers as thresholds of deeper healing.
Workshop 5: Overcoming Anxiety
– We work with hypervigilance, overthinking, control, and the nervous system’s dependence on certainty.
Workshop 6: Expand
– You increase your capacity to stay present with discomfort, uncertainty, grief, conflict, vulnerability, and the unknown.
Workshop 7: Resilient
– You strengthen your boundaries, discernment, agency, and ability to stay connected to yourself when life and relationships ask more of you.
Workshop 8: Just Live
– Integration into a life where fear no longer runs the show and you are authentic far more than not.

The Investment
Your investment is $3,000.
This can be divided into 10 monthly payments of $300 — starting when you enroll, not when the program begins. You may also pay in full if you prefer.
Here’s what that includes: 8 live two-hour workshops, 6 live 90-minute group coaching calls, lifetime access to all recordings, and an integration ceremony. That’s roughly $140 per live session with Lindsey — less than a single therapy hour with most practitioners.

Every cohort has told me some version of the same thing: there is a real difference between being in the room and watching later. The safety, accountability, resonance, and community support of the live container are part of what makes Feel Without Fear work. You will get the most out of FWF by attending as many calls as you can.

❓What are Lindsey’s credentials?
Lindsey Lockett is a trauma educator, coach, and teacher whose work centers nervous system healing, emotional truth, authenticity, discernment, and relational transformation. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist, and Feel Without Fear is not therapy. This is an educational and coaching-based group experience rooted in years of personal lived work, extensive study, and direct experience guiding people through nervous system healing, emotional integration, and authentic self-trust.
❓Is Feel Without Fear appropriate for coaches or practitioners?
Absolutely! In fact, many clinicians have been through Feel Without Fear and have gone on to find that the tools and perspectives gained here enrich their work with clients.
❓How is this different from therapy?
Feel Without Fear is not therapy and Lindsey is not a therapist. This is an educational and coaching-based group experience. The difference is that therapy typically works one-on-one, in 50-minute sessions, often at the pace of the intellect. FWF works in a group container, over 4 months, at the pace of the body. Many participants — including licensed therapists who’ve been through the program — describe it as complementary to therapy, not a replacement for it. Several have also said it moved something that years of therapy hadn’t reached.
❓What if I’m not ready?
If you’re asking this question, you probably are. The women who aren’t ready for this work don’t usually find this page. They’re not reading this far. The fact that you’re here, that something on this page has named your experience, that you’re weighing whether to trust the pull — that’s not hesitation.
