The phrase “feel without fear” dropped into my awareness one cold December afternoon in 2021 when I was feeling some mystery pelvic symptoms and the health anxiety button was stuck in the “on” position.
I lay crying on the couch in my office, giving myself a pelvic massage. I could feel my own resistance to these pelvic symptoms while simultaneously deeply knowing that the Google Rabbit Hole was NOT where I actually wanted to end up.
“Feel without fear,” the ethers spoke inside my heart. “Feel it. Don’t be afraid.”
It took me almost 2 more years of feeling without fear and connecting the dots of awareness + curiosity + health anxiety + expansion + contraction + CPTSD + radical responsibility + agency + conscious communication + reciprocal relationships + seeing how I’d been on a trauma-healing hamster wheel (ouchie) to be able to write this out for you in an understandable, digestible, applicable, and practical way.

A willingness to practice awareness is such a key component to my work that I have never taught a workshop, class, or group without talking about it and without inviting clients to get curious about themselves.
Before we can FEEL WITHOUT FEAR, we have to become aware of what we’re feeling and why we’re so afraid of feeling it.
We have to become aware of how we judge what we feel and how we try to fix, micromanage, get rid of, and pathologize how we feel.
Awareness is about noticing with curiosity…

- what your typical reactions are to what you feel
- when you’re feeling health anxiety or any anxiety

In his book The Body Keeps the Score, Dr. Bessel Van der Kolk writes, “The bottom line is that the threat-perception system of the brain has changed, and people’s physical reactions are dictated by the imprint of the past.”
I will hold you in a safe and loving container to explore your own reactions that are dictated by the past.
We’re going to dive deep into the controversial topic of triggers through the lens of the limbic brain and autonomic nervous system.
In UN-TRIGGERED, you will learn…
- how to be aware of when we’re triggered
- what’s going on in our limbic systems (survival brain) when we’re triggered
- why your brain and nervous system don’t know that what triggers you is actually in the past, and you’re just reacting in the present moment
- all 4 trauma responses, their unconscious reactions, and how to make conscious choices when you meet those trauma responses with awareness
- why literally anything has the potential to be a trigger
- changing how we relate to our sensations and to our bodies, whether you lean more toward “hypoaroused” or “hyperaroused”

- the differences between healthy nervous system responses and dysregulated responses
- how our triggers can lead us into deeper self-love, self-trust, and consciousness if we allow them to

Workshop 5 (live event): OVERCOMING HEALTH ANXIETY
It’s such a startling thing to think about health anxiety as literally being afraid of your own body, to never feel safe within yourself is such a space of profound grief.
I, too, spent many years afraid of my own body. Every new sensation, noise, ache, twinge, and symptom brought up so much fear and dread.
Many with health anxiety are afraid of death. Me? I was afraid of “the healing journey”. I was afraid that each new sensation/symptom meant I had to fix it.
So that I didn’t have to feel it anymore.
So that I wouldn’t be afraid.
So that I could be “healed” (whatever that means).
So that I could finally live my life.
Yes, I put my life on hold for years while I was on the Hamster Wheel of Wellness, trying to fix and control everything my body did.
In OVERCOMING HEALTH ANXIETY, we will…
- explore why it’s not your fault that you feel terrified of your own body and its sensations
- talk about the 2 forms of dissociation that express in health anxiety
- discuss the one thing people with health anxiety are seeking — certainty — and how to cultivate self-trust instead
- answer the burning question every person with health anxiety asks which is: “BUT WHAT IF THERE’S SOMETHING REALLY WRONG WITH ME?”
- learn why feeling without fear changes the energy with which we approach our own healthcare
- breakdown how we can practice awareness and curiosity when we’re in a health anxiety trigger

Workshop 6 (live event): Expand — Widening Your Window of Tolerance
Once we begin practicing awareness, get curious about the voices in our heads, start facing our triggers and regulating our nervous systems, and start reconnecting with our bodies, we are already NATURALLY widening our “windows of tolerance”.
“Developed by Dan Siegel, a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, the Window of Tolerance describes the best state of ‘arousal’ or stimulation in which we are able to function and thrive in everyday life. When we exist within this window, we are able to learn effectively, play, and relate well to ourselves and others.”
Now, we can’t always be OUTSIDE our windows of tolerance. That’s where chronic dysregulation lives.
But, we can’t always be INSIDE our windows of tolerance either. Because your comfort zone is a lovely place, but no growth happens there.
In EXPAND, we’re going to…
- discuss in detail what the Window of Tolerance is
- learn how to widen your window of tolerance through choice, exposure to stressors, titration, and sovereign safety
- discuss why we need to be within our windows of tolerance to “turn off” the stress response — but why staying within that window makes us stuck
- learn how to identify your signs of distress before you throw yourself so far outside your window of tolerance that you’re triggered af
- share what Newton’s Third Law of Physics has to do with your nervous system
- learn the difference between nervous system regulation that is supportive of expansion vs. using nervous system tools to regulate away uncomfortable feelings — like, what’s the line here?
- discuss why the “goal” of “healing” is NOT to always be regulated and within your window of tolerance and share what a much more realistic goal is
- learn how to increase the resiliency, capacity, and flexibility of your nervous system and build self-trust using intentional stressors
- empower you to “ride the edge” of your window of tolerance while gently increasing what you’re able to handle

Workshop 7 (live event): Resilient — Self-Responsibility, Agency, & Boundaries
As you’re on your healing journey, you come to a point where you recognize that you have a lot more agency, power, and choice than you once realized.
It’s time to OWN IT!
Once, the concepts of personal responsibility and agency only existed in my intellect. I could tell you what responsibility and agency were, but I couldn’t tell you how I was taking responsibility for myself and exercising agency in my own life.
I remember feeling offended when my coach had the nerve to suggest to me that I wasn’t taking radical responsibility for myself, my feelings, my body, and my choices.
I admit: talking about responsibility and agency with humans is a prickly topic. Add in the complex topic of boundaries, and well… it can feel squirmy.
Still, radical self-responsibility and agency are NON-NEGOTIABLE pieces of the puzzle.
Once you have awareness of yourself, your sensations, thoughts, judgments, fears, triggers, disconnection from your body, and window of tolerance, the NEXT STEP is to play with responsibility and agency.
In addition to facing our fears and feeling our uncomfortable feelings, this is how we build RESILIENCY!
In RESILIENT, we’re going to…
- explore personal responsibility — what it is, what it isn’t — and why you are empowered to the degree that you are open and willing to be responsible for yourself
- discuss the role of personal responsibility when facing triggers — why it’s not always “the other person’s fault”
- talk about shifting from victim to overcomer, unconscious to conscious, contracted to expansive through personal responsibility and agency

It’s so easy to unconsciously find yourself on the Trauma-Healing Hamster Wheel — a place where you keep trying to heal but feel like you’re hitting a glass ceiling, so you just keep trying and keep trying, exhausting yourself, burning out, feeling shame, and really not living your life.
In JUST LIVE, we’re going to…
- identify obvious and not-so-obvious sources of what I call “lifestyle inflammation” — aspects of our lives that aren’t supporting our ongoing regulation and desires
- deep-dive into curiosity about how we might be caught up in “healing journey perfectionism” — it’s a tricky one!
- explore acceptance… like, what if we have emotional scars that are healed as much as they can be, and we have done all we can and it’s time to accept and let go
- talk about what “letting go” even means (I totally get it if you’re rolling your eyes here.)
- feel our way through the energy of “fixing” vs. the energy of supporting
- discuss the qualities of safe, reciprocal, conscious relationships and how to go about finding your people and co-creating these relationships with them

While I totally recommend prioritizing live attendance to the workshops and group calls, I completely understand that work, kids, schedules, and time zones create conflicts. We try as hard as we can to schedule the calls at a time when most people worldwide can attend live.
Every workshop includes a presentation + a Q & A session.
Group Sessions are separate group events where you can ask questions and discuss the given topic without time constraints. The Group Sessions are held on separate dates from the Workshops. Dates and times are listed in the “Additional Information” section above.

What are the payment plan options?
Your total investment for the Live Group Program is $1555, $1222, or $888, depending upon your financial security.

What are Lindsey’s credentials?
I am a totally self-taught, intuitive healer and coach. As a Human Design Projector, I am built to research, study, and become an expert in my craft — and trauma-healing + the nervous system + spirituality is my craft.
If you’re looking for a therapist with degrees on their wall and letters behind their name, I am NOT the teacher/healer/coach for you. I totally get it if that’s what you need to feel safe.
I am not without accountability and mentorship, however. I have my own coaches, teachers, and mentors who speak Truth into my life and help me see when I might be off course.
Should I take some of Lindsey’s other workshops before participating in FWF?
There are no prerequisites for participating in FWF — although you’ll receive my foundational workshop NERVOUS SYSTEM 101, and the follow-up to that, THAWING THE FREEZE RESPONSE. These replays will provide you with key concepts, information, and language giving you a jumpstart into Feel Without Fear. It will also provide you with an opportunity to experience my teaching style and live Q&A sessions.
Why might one choose the Group + Private Coaching option over the Group Only?
A few reasons to choose the Group + Private Coaching option are…
- You desire or need more intensive work and support.
- You’re dealing with severe Complex PTSD or are new to CPTSD and need additional guidance.
