I originally recorded this episode for the public podcast, but something told me to save it just for The Circle. I think I am dealing with some of my own Imposter Syndrome or maybe just fear about posting on what I perceive to be “sensitive” topics.
Although I believe with every fiber of my being that we can alchemize shitty situations in our lives into something beautiful and amazing, I hesitate to share that publicly. To be sure, I am aware of the possibility that this is self-censorship, fear of being rejected, or even holding on to some bits of shame about situations I have yet to alchemize in my own life. (Hey, we all have them, right?)
Whatever the reason, this episode is for YOU, Circle Members.
In this bonus episode, I’m interviewing therapist and healer Bethany Russell. She approaches healing from a holistic feminist lens with the belief that we are all born whole, and healing is simply about returning back to that wholeness. Through this work she helps womxn release shame so they can live a life of embodied freedom. She is also the founder of The Conscious Collective for the Spiritually Well-Rounded Womxn and has recently launched her 1:1 program, called Alchemy Gold Coaching, to help womxn alchemize their story into pure f*cking gold through releasing shame.
