Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo is my favorite Sanskrit Mantra. Translated, it means:

I bow (or submit) to Divine Wisdom. I bow (or submit) to the Divine Teacher within.

It’s not about learning more.

It’s about remembering what your body has always known — and acting on that wisdom.

🌀 The Spiral

Week 1: Power (Friday, May 30 @ 2pm Central)

You might think we’d begin by opening the portal, but no. We begin by recognizing and naming power, YOUR POWER. You don’t bow down to anything without recognizing and honoring its power first. And love, you’re fucking powerful. So fucking powerful that it’s worth bowing down in reverence to that power.

Week 2: Portal (Friday, June 6 @ 2pm Central)

Once you revere your sacred power, you enter the portal. This portal isn’t about fixing self-abandonment; it’s entering into relationship with your Authentic Self, your Body, and the Divine Teacher Within from from the deep recognition that you are already whole.

Week 3: Practice (Friday, June 13 @ 2pm Central)

Because you’ll forget. You’ll forget that you’re in a portal. You’ll forget how powerful you are. The forgetting is not failure. It’s the moment the spiral calls you back to the practice of Devotion and Submission to Self. This isn’t about practicing to get it right or perfect; it’s about the devotion it takes to show up in the face of resistance, doubt, and fear.

Week 4: Presence (Friday, June 20 @ 2pm Central)

You learn to stay. Even in discomfort. Even when nothing is clear. Especially then. Presence is NOT about regulation or staying calm. It means you’re with yourself, even when peace is far away. Presence means staying with even when it would be easier to shutdown, scroll, lash out, or distract yourself from your practice of devotion.

Week 5: Patience (Friday, June 27 @ 2pm Central)

It takes as long as it takes. It takes as much repetition as it takes. If your story is that power produces results NOW, clarity NOW, breakthrough NOW, that’s not power; that’s urgency dressed in drag. Sacred things do not rush. This week in our spiral is about the kind of power that waits — not passively, but devotionally.

Week 6: Protection (Friday, July 11 @ 2pm Central)

You are allowed to protect what you have reclaimed. Your body, your presence, your yes and your no are all sacred. Because they are sacred, they need guardianship. You get to choose what and who comes near your temple. The protection you’ll practice here is not self-defense; it’s self-honor.

Week 7: Permission (Friday, July 18 @ 2pm Central)

You’ve been trained to wait, to soften first, get permission first, explain, justify, delay. You don’t need permission from anyone but yourself. And, you don’t need anybody’s permission to access the wild wisdom of the Diving Teacher Within. You are the only one who can authorize your full expression.
