A 4-week live lab for those who are done being met with tone-policing, defensiveness, shutdown, denial, and “you’re overreacting” — and who are ready to integrate your anger as part of your wholeness.

If you’re honest, your anger isn’t actually the problem. It’s what you’re doing with it.

You get angry and then you…

  • Swallow it and act fine
  • Over-explain to the point that your words are mindless droning to the other person
  • Lecture, coach, manage, and prove
  • Shutdown and go cold or get passive-aggressive
  • Hold it in until you explode over a tiny thing
  • Leave conversations feeling shamed, dramatic, “too much,” or embarrassed that you tried so hard to be reasonable — and maybe you still weren’t heard

The worst part? You still don’t get what you want.

You’re just drained.

The 4-Week Structure:

WEEK 1 (Date/Time TBD): Unravel lingering shame about past expressions of anger. Learn the difference between boundaries, consequences, & punishment. Learn how to stay in integrity when you’re met with their common tactics to make your anger the problem.

WEEK 2 (Date/Time TBD): Learn my Anger With Integrity Sequence — how you can stay authentic, grounded, & integrated in 5 sentences, max + role play to practice the Sequence so it starts to be felt, not just understood.

WEEK 3 (Date/Time TBD): Somatic anger discernment & metabolization practice to help you feel anger, decipher your body’s “no,” & practice speaking/embodying it + learning to speak from the body + coaching (Remember: I’m a Projector. Your questions are the clearest, most intimate way you can invite me to guide you.)

WEEK 4 (Date/Time TBD): Learn what to do when you inevitably “mess it up”: over-explain, explode, get mean, abandon yourself, feel shame after & how to stop that spiral + final chance for coaching + close out with a ritual to seal Anger With Integrity as an authentic part of our wholeness

FAQs

How can 4 weeks help me shift my anger patterns? I’ve been in therapy for YEARS!

You can process childhood wounds for years and still fold in real-time conflict. Insight doesn’t automatically create capacity. This Lab trains the moment your body wants to chase, collapse, over-explain, or explode. Four weeks is enough time to change outcomes: make your standards legible, collapse loopholes, enforce clean consequences, keep yourself intact. The wound can still be there. It stops running the show.

 

Do you offer private coaching instead?

Sometimes. I’m not guaranteed to have private spots available, as I only work with 4 to 5 people or relationships at a time, max. Also, I believe group work is often more potent than private coaching because patterns don’t heal in theory — they heal in real relational moments. Group work gives you practice, mirrors, calibration, and real-time reps. Privacy can be a real need. And secrecy can keep shame in charge. If you want to change what happens when you’re activated with other humans, a relational container helps you train that.

 

What if I can’t make the live calls?

If you can’t attend live, you’ll still get all course materials and replays of calls. You can still submit questions to info@lindseylockett.com. Live participation creates the fastest results, but it isn’t the only way to benefit.

 

What if I’m not an “angry person” and I mostly shut down or go quiet?

That matters. And, you still have anger because all humans do. We cannot be our authentic selves without expressing our anger. A lot of people don’t explode — they disappear. They swallow it, go numb, get cold, get performatively fine, or handle everything alone. That’s still an anger pattern. The Lab helps you stop leaking power through silence and turn your truth into something legible and enforceable.

 

Am I required to share personal details or get vulnerable in front of the group?

Nope! Your consent is always honored, and you will never be pressured to share anything out loud. You aren’t even required to turn your camera on. This is a practice space. Sure, vulnerability will surface for everyone. After all, we are dealing with big emotions like anger, fear, and shame. However, sharing your vulnerability is not what this Lab is meant for; it’s meant to train you in the skill of expressing anger with integrity.

 

Is The Anger Lab for people in romantic relationships only? What if I’m single?

This work applies to any emotionally intimate relationship: dating, marriage, friendships, family, co-parenting, and work dynamics where closeness and power meet. The core issue is the same: you want your needs to stop being treated as optional and you want to express yourself in a way that allows you to walk away with your self-respect intact.

 

I’m scared I’ll explode, break down, or be “too much” for the group. Is this safe?

You are joining this because you want to build a clean channel for your anger. This Lab includes role play, and I am not naive enough to think that nervous systems don’t get activated, even in pretend scenarios. Of course, there is room for your human reactions and feelings here! The Anger Lab is structured to help you learn how to name when you’re dropped, name impact, name your standard, and choose your next step without drama. You also aren’t required to share anything you don’t want to share.
