With a mix of parts work, nervous system support, and a whole lot of co-play magic, Emma creates emotional playgrounds where you — and your inner silly goose — can explore whatever’s coming up with wonder, weirdness, and zero pressure to be “fixed.”
Lindsey is a trauma integrator, nervous system truth-teller, and relational witch who helps people alchemize conflict into connection. With her signature blend of clarity, directness, and deep compassion, she teaches rupture and repair as relational medicine. She’s the founder of Rooted Web, a global women’s community devoted to authenticity, reciprocity, and embodied relationship. As a Human Design Projector, Lindsey has a gift for making the hard stuff feel simple, grounded, and even a little playful — and for guiding people to recognize their own patterns without shame, reclaim their relational power, and weave repair into everyday life.
